What image formats are supported?
We support JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Maximum file size is 5 MB for free users, 10 MB for registered and paid users. Output is always high-quality PNG with transparency support.
How long does each image take to process?
Most images are processed in 3–8 seconds. Pro and Business subscribers enjoy priority processing for faster results, especially during peak hours.
Can I try before subscribing?
Absolutely. You get free images without even signing up. Create a free account for 20 bonus HD credits. Or buy a small pay-as-you-go pack (10 images for $1.50) to test with your actual product photos — no subscription required.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. For example, Pro is $9.9/mo monthly but only $7.9/mo on annual billing — that's $24 saved per year. You can switch between billing periods at any time.
What counts as one credit?
One credit = one background removal, regardless of image size or output format. Resizing to a platform preset (Shopify, Amazon, eBay) does not cost an extra credit.
Do unused credits expire?
No. All purchased credits never expire — use them whenever you need.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes, cancel or change your plan anytime with one click — no penalties. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Remaining credits stay available until they expire.
Is my data safe?
Your images are processed in real-time on Cloudflare's global edge network and deleted immediately after. We never store, analyze, or share your photos. All payments are processed through PayPal with bank-level encryption.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal through PayPal's secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
