ShopBG Remover provides AI-powered background removal for product images, designed for e-commerce sellers on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. The service is operated under the brand shopbgremover.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may sign in via Google OAuth or email OTP. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Payments are processed by PayPal in USD. Voucher cards sold through Xianyu are paid in CNY. There are no monthly or annual subscriptions. By completing a purchase, you authorize the one-time charge shown at checkout.
Refund policy: We offer refunds for an unused PayPal credit pack within 7 days only when no credit from that pack has been used. A redeemed voucher card is non-refundable. An unused voucher may be refunded by the seller only after the card is voided. Contact yubudong2023@gmail.com. We do not offer partial refunds for partially used packs. Refunds, reversals, or chargebacks remove the credits issued by the affected purchase.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopBG Remover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of AI processing results. AI background removal quality may vary depending on image complexity.
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
